Exchanges We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. We do not offer cash refunds — only exchanges for another product of equal or lesser value.

How to Request an Exchange To initiate an exchange, please contact us at ojasvijain7@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the exchange.

Return Shipping 91 NOVA will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible exchange requests.

Non-Eligible Items Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for exchange.

Processing Time Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange within 5–7 business days.
